Where does TeakCo source its wood?
We exclusively use sustainably harvested Grade A teak from certified plantations in Indonesia, ensuring both environmental responsibility and peak durability.
How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard delivery for large pieces typically takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a scheduled delivery window once your order leaves our warehouse.
Does the furniture arrive pre-assembled?
Most of our dining tables and chairs require minimal assembly to ensure safe transport. Clear instructions and all necessary hardware are included in every box.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
How do I maintain the natural color of my teak furniture?
To maintain the honey-gold color, we recommend applying a teak sealer once a year. If left untreated, the wood will naturally weather to a beautiful silvery-grey patina.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all TeakCo furniture comes with a 5-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects to give you peace of mind for your investment.
