At TeakCo, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our premium teak furniture and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Furniture

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Due to the size and weight of our teak products, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to pick up the item directly from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned piece for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
